Required scope: inbox:write.

Platform notes
Instagram, Facebook Pages and Threads only, not TikTok. TikTok comments do not appear here and cannot be replied to through this API, because TikTok's public API has no comments endpoint. Replies always go out because of an explicit reply call from your integration or a dashboard click; there is no automatic reply in this API.
